Returns/Exchanges
Generally all sales are final. If for some reason your product is damaged, then we offer an Exchange Only Return Policy. Please contact us at hello@ontourmerch.com to explain the issue with your item and we will do our best to help you replace it. We do our best to inspect each order before it ships, but we can make mistakes. There is also a small chance your item is damaged during shipping. If this is the case please take as many photos as possible so we can assist you and make a proper claim to the carrier.
To exchange any part of your order, please return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please note, you will be responsible for postage to send us your item. Once your merchandise has been returned, we will issue a store credit for the total value of your exchange. You will receive an email with details how to replace your order.
